Safety Officer is not authorised to provide medicine or injection to the workers
Safety Professionals, such as Safety Officers or EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Personnel are generally not authorized to administer tablets or injections under the Factories Act 1948 or the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, 1996.
